Entrants can submit a maximum of TWO products, with the potential that both can be selected as Launch Pad 2011 finalists. Please refer to the Launch Pad 2011 Entry Terms and Conditions for more details.
Eligibility Criteria
Launch Pad is a competition and mentoring program aimed at emerging designers.
To be eligible the designer will have to identify with some of the following characteristics:
• Devote significant time to designing
• Have designs in development
• Be engaged in design research
Support Material
Entrants are requested to supply 3 – 5 images of each prototype entered as high resolution files either jpeg or tiff format at 300dpi at least 5 MB each file.
Support Material is to be prepared in the following way:
• 1 x CD/DVD containing folder titled by entrants name and prototype name OR
• Uploaded onto our FTP server (see below for details)
Closing Date
Entry form with 1 x CD/DVD’s must be received at Indesign publishing in Sydney by 5pm, 20 May 2011. Late entries will not be considered
Entrant’s checklist
1. Fill out the online application form including all required fields.
2. Carefully read and ensure your application fulfills the entry terms and conditions
3. Post or deliver 1 x CD/DVD containing images for your entry/entries, prepared in the format stated in the entry terms and conditions
4. Ensure your online application is submitted within the closing date and your disc of images is posted to arrive by 20 May 2011.

FTP Server Instructions:
Images can be uploaded onto our FTP server using the following login details:
FTP: 165.228.96.28
Login: indesign (all lower case)
Password: indesign (all lower case)
NOTE: You must use an FTP Client in order to use FTP. If you do not have a FTP client, we recommend FileZilla.
This FTP server is different to a normal FTP – you cannot see other folders when you upload your images so it is completely secure and confidential.
Entrants uploading their images are required to create a folder titled by their name and then title each image the name of their prototype.
We also accept submission to launchpad@indesign.com.au through yousendit.com.
